Dr Duane C. Landals from Alberta, Canada has Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Alberta, and became a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, Western College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Saskatchewan. Dr Landals is president of the Sturgeon River Veterinary Group Inc.; a past president of the Alberta Veterinary Medical Association, the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association. He is currently a vice president of the World Veterinary Association, and was Chair of the 29th World Veterinary Congress.
Dr Landals has been a rural mixed animal veterinary practitioner in Alberta, Canada for 25 years and is currently the Registrar and CEO, Alberta Veterinary Medical Association. He is a non practising owner Morinville Veterinary Clinic, companion animal practice, Morinville, Alberta, Canada.
