Training for agriculture Russia at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine conducted the curriculum according to the State educational standard of higher vocational education.
The main task of the doctor of veterinary medicine is to prevent infectious, invasive and non-communicable diseases of animals and humans.
The object of activity are: the living organism as a system in normal and pathological conditions (diseases, disruption of the interaction between ecosystems, etc.), as well as products and raw materials of animal and vegetable origin. These include agricultural, domestic and decorative animals, birds, animals, bees, fish, protozoa and microorganisms.
The faculty has a correspondence department for the preparation of veterinary doctors. Accepted graduates of specialized secondary educational institutions, with the qualification "Veterinary assistant". Distance learning is an accelerated program, period of training which is 3,5 years. After training with the successful delivery of State examinations graduates are awarded the qualification "Veterinary doctor" and the diploma of all-Russia sample.
The faculty conducts specialized training for doctors vetsanekspertov, doctors epizootology, physicians and gynecologists. In groups of specialization recruited students 4-year full-time department faculty. After graduation and successful completion of training in such groups, along with graduates of the diploma of a standard form receive an additional certificate with the assigned specialization. Additional qualifications increases the probability of employment of young professionals after graduation, can work in the laboratories of veterinary inspection at markets and meat processing plants in the district and city of veterinary laboratories and stations, large-scale livestock and poultry farms and complexes.
Doctors from the diploma work of our faculty in the Department of Agriculture, provincial veterinary departments and administrations, regional and municipal veterinary medical care associations, employees of research institutes and Nieves, regional and district veterinary laboratories, veterinarians major areas of district vetstantsy, head of city vetstantsy , laboratories, markets, customs officers, MVD and FSB. A number of graduates working in the veterinary cooperatives and has a private clinic.
The faculty is working schools of thought, where is the training of scientific personnel on full-time and part-time forms of training graduate students.

• the development of new treatment and prevention of infertility of cows.
