Faculty of Veterinary Medicine is located in new buildings with modern medical-diagnostic equipment. Faculty prepares veterinarians generalists and from 2007 - biologists, ecologists.

During 25 years at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine has trained more than 1,700 veterinarians who work in various fields of national economy of Russia and CIS countries. At present the laboratory is a teaching and research unit of the Faculty, in which students, graduate students and applicants receive a skills lab equipment and perform the experimental part of their research.
In addition, the laboratory carries out research on a commercial basis, working in close collaboration with the veterinary clinic MRF and receiving orders from individuals and legal entities. A wide range of hematological and biochemical studies of biological material (blood, urine) of animals using modern equipment and materials. With services offered can be found in the laboratory.
