The Academy consists of faculties, departments, scientific-research department, postgraduate, doctoral studies, the structural units of additional vocational education and training outside of educational work, courses, facilities and social infrastructure, hostels and other structural units.

Education in the Academy carried out at five faculties.

Faculty of Veterinary Medicine - basic, with a term of 5 years of training. Specialty - 310 800, qualification - a veterinarian.

Special Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. At the Faculty accepted only person with an average of veterinary education. Duration of training - 3 years 9 months. Specialty - 310 800, qualification - a veterinarian.

Faculty correspondence courses. In the correspondence form of training are only accepted people with secondary special education, and veterinarian working on the specialty. Term of training - 5 years. Specialty - 310 800, qualified veterinarian.

Faculty of veterinary-sanitary examination. Duration of training for 5 years. It prepares specialists in veterinary and sanitary examination and certification of food products. Specialty - 310 500, qualification - veterinary medical officer. The faculty is organized in 2004.

Faculty of postgraduate education. Students Faculty can enhance their knowledge in diagnosis, prevention and treatment of parasitic diseases, infectious and noninfectious etiology, laboratory diagnosis of infectious and parasitic diseases, diseases of small animals, ihtiopatologii, veterinary surgery, obstetrics for the diagnosis of leukemia, on radiological monitoring of food and feed, veterinary-sanitary examination and certification of food, toxicology, mycology, veterinary pharmacy. The faculty increase research skills and scientific-pedagogical personnel are trained teachers of special subjects of higher and secondary agricultural education institutions.
