The poor segment of the globe, specially the Third World, need support of the veterinarians in changing their life style and getting their household increased through innovation in the livestock keeping.

Most of the poor families in these regions possess livestock in the form of dairy, meat animals and poultry. However, they do not possess sufficient awareness, education and access to the advance technologies and material inputs to run their enterprises in a sustainable and profitable way. Here the veterinarians must intervene to provide them technical, financial and moral support.
