Call for abstracts and registration now open!
With a theme of 'integrating science and management', the scientific committee is inviting all researchers, policy makers, and players in the FMD field to submit abstracts for oral papers and posters to be presented at the symposium.

The symposium and workshop themes are

- - understanding virus / host interaction
- - diagnostic - advances and applications

Aims

To illustrate the recent knowledge on Canine Leishmaniasis in their major features and besides link to epidemiology, involvement of several organs and apparatuses, ethiological diagnosis, possible co-infections from other vector borne diseases, specific therapy and probable side effects, and prevention including vaccination. The structure of the main speeches has the aim to the continuing education of the practitioner. The opportunity to present short communications contributes both to supply and expand some important particular aspects that accomplish to characterize this complex disease.
