 <p>The Federation of Asian Small Veterinary Association consists of association members from Asia Pacific countries.  </p>
 <p>Thailand will host the 2nd FASAVA 2009 in conjunction with the 35th Veterinary Medicine and Livestock Development Annual Conference 2009.  The local host consists of TVMA (Thailand Veterinary Medical Association under the Royal Patronage) and PGF-VSMU (Post Graduate Foundation – Veterinary Science Mahidol University).<br />
 This big event is expecting at least 3\,000 delegates from countries over the region.  </p>
 <p>The sessions are to be lectured in English and to be translated in Thai\, Chinese\, Japanese and Korean. </p>

 <p>In response to the nationwide alarm of declaration by the WHO Pandemic Alert Level Phase 6\, it is our honor to invite you to attend the World Response Conference on Global Outbreak (WRCGO 2009) on November 12th -13th\, 2009 whose mission is to support the urgent endeavors of worldwide public health in combating pandemic influenza and to contribute to the advancement of the global community thru the aspect of Prevention\, Protection\, Response\, and Recovery.</p>
 <p>Our purpose is to create an ad hoc multi-sector Crisis Prevention &amp\; Response Management Plan during the event for a possible Co-Occurrence H5N1 Avian Flu during H1N1 Swine flu in the same area\, which will be studied as a model by communities worldwide. It is the first world event to invite leaders representing every sectors of society from Government\, Critical Infrastructure Councils\, Medical &amp\; Scientific Community\, Military\, Justice &amp\; Law Experts\, First Responders\, and Establishments\, Human Resource\, Information Technology Guru\, Media as well other experts to model a community process to help prepare\, respond\, and recover from a localized outbreak\, as well as broader pandemic. </p>
 <p>Simulation exercise\, compelling case studies-scenarios\, global partnerships\, and health management emergency structure on H1N1 &amp\; H5N1 Influenza will be presented over the two-day forum\, offering new important findings on headline-grabbing incidents of H1N1 &amp\; H5N1 influenza\, their cost to society\, and how they have impacted local and global prevention\, preparedness\, response and recovery processes.</p>
